Heat Recovery System

Energy recovery ventilation systems provide a controlled way of ventilating a home while minimizing energy loss. They reduce the costs of heating ventilated air in the winter by transferring heat from the warm inside air being exhausted to the fresh (but cold) supply air. In the summer, the inside air cools the warmer supply air to reduce ventilation cooling costs.

Sealed Recessed Can Lights

Use of sealed can lights in the reduces the electrical useage for homeowner as it limits the amount of cold or hot air entering from outside. Another benefit, insects and other small animals are prevented from entering through the light.

Icynene Insulation

Icynene insulation is applied to the underside of the roof.  This product reduces the electrical usage for our homeowners.  Keeps the home cooler in the summer and more comfortable in winter.  A must for any energy efficient household!

Elastomeric Boot Termite Control System

"Impasse" Physical barriers can isolate particularly vulnerable elements of a house such as penetrations through foundations and slabs or protect the entire perimeter of the foundation. Proper placement and installation of physical barriers can provide termite protection for houses with little to no risk of pesticide exposure to the occupants.
Physical barriers commercially available in the United States include aggregate, stainless steel mesh, and plastic impregnated with a termiticide

Pine Needle Mulch approved for Green Community

Pine needles provide good insulation, water retention and weed control. They also look natural and last longer than many alternative mulches. Best of all, no tree deaths are involved.

In-Wall Pest Control System

In Wall Pest Control places materials inside the walls, safely away from children and pets. In fact, traditional baseboard spraying methods offer a much greater chance of contact with pest control materials. For added protection, most of the materials we use are designed to be target-specific. For example, a compound that affects a cockroach's shell won't harm a cat or dog.

Electrostatic Air Cleaner

Equipment is installed as part of your home’s central heating and cooling system — completely out of your way and out-of-sight. That means each and every time your system runs, the air in your home is filtered through state-of-the-art filter media removing potentially harmful contaminants from every room of your home.
The resulting clean air is then distributed via your heating and cooling system’s ductwork to your entire home. Best yet, the system is easy to maintain with infrequent maintenance only required every 1-2 years unlike portable units that require monthly care or standard filters that need cleaning every 1-3 months.
