	Sales & Marketing
	Brad Kiraly Director of Sales & Marketing for Florida Lifestyle Homes. Brad oversees all aspects of the Florida real estate listings for the company. Residential, Commercial and Remodel in Southwest Florida. Our North Carolina project offers the opportunity for clients to consider a moutain retreat.
	Margy Lincoln Margy is the administrator for Sales and Marketing. Her background in resort customer relations, real estate sales and marketing, as well as, residential construction in southwest Florida make her a compliment to the buyer's experience when building with Florida Lifestyle Homes.
	Construction Administration
	Rhonda Severance Rhonda has over ten years of experience in the construction industry. She is the Administrator of Operations for the company. She handles the development orders, facilitates real estate acquisitions, oversees all aspects of the company's operations including construction contracts, and customer service. She also assists with the management of sales and marketing programs.
	Project Management
	Jimmy Gustafson Jimmy Gustafson has the experience of 17 years in the construction industry to handle with ease the commercial projects Florida Lifestyle Homes has underway; as well as, serve as project manager for residential custom home projects underway in Naples and Fort Myers.
	Construction Warranty
	Nick Herman Superior customer service results in a history of referrals from both commercial and residential projects. Nick makes sure all the finishing touches are handled properly.
	Draft Design, Estimating and Purchasing
	Carlos Gil Provides in-house design capabilities. He is the company's Draftsman; he meets with clients to determine the best home or office design. Luxury home designs are his specialty and our homeowners are fortunate to have his input as they design magnificent residences for the southwest Florida lifestyle. Currently, he is putting the finishing touches on custom home plans for clients.
	Kevin Thompson Kevin brings more than 22 years of building and real estate experience to Florida Lifestyle Homes. He is the company’s Estimator; he supervises the Purchasing and Estimating Department.
	Accounting
	LeeAnn James, Comptroller Comptroller for Florida Lifestyle Homes. LeeAnn oversees the company accounts, insurances and financial reporting. Her photo is in process. In the meantime, enjoy one of our Florida hibiscus flowers.
