Mary Tippit

Margy Lincoln

Margy is the administrator for Sales and Marketing.  Her background in resort customer relations, real estate sales and marketing, as well as, residential construction in southwest Florida make her a compliment to the buyer's experience when building with Florida Lifestyle Homes.  

Jeanette Ion

Jeanette brings many years of varied experience to Florida Lifestyle Homes. She is the company’s Special Events Coordinator. Jeanette organizes owner and realtor receptions, greets visitors and provides tours of the model homes. Before joining the company she worked as a Realtor and Interior Designer.

Construction Administration


Rhonda Severance

Rhonda brings more than ten years of construction experience to Florida Lifestyle Homes. She is the Administrator of Operations for the company. She administers development orders, facilitates real estate acquisitions, oversees all aspects of the company's operations including construction contracts, and customer service. She also assists with the management of sales and marketing programs. Before Rhonda joined Florida Lifestyle Homes she served as Project Manger for a local builder.

Project Management


Mark Beach

Mark Beach has over 15 years of both residential and commercial construction supervision.  Mark is currently supervising the construction of the Sarzana luxury home in Renaissance golf course community; as well as, several commercial projects in Lee County, including The Carissa on Six Mile Cypress.

Jimmy Gustafson

Jimmy Gustafson has the experience of 17 years in the construction industry to handle with ease the commercial projects Florida Lifestyle Homes has underway for our commercial building division.

Warranty


Allan Hahn

Allan brings more than 30 years of construction experience to Florida Lifestyle Homes. As the company's Customer Relations Coordinator, he 
works with the subcontractors and completes warranty and finish carpentry work to make sure every project is as perfect as possible. 

Draft Design, Estimating and Purchasing


Carlos Gil

Carlos provides inhouse design capabilities.  He is the company's Draftsman; he meets with clients to determine the best home or office design.  Luxury home designs are his specialty and our homeowners are fortunate to have his input as they design magnificient residences for the southwest Florida lifestyle.   Currently, he is putting the finishing touches on two brand new floor plans for Quail West golf community in Naples.

Kevin Thompson

Kevin brings more than 22 years of building and real estate experience to Florida Lifestyle Homes. He is the company’s Estimator; he supervises the Purchasing and Estimating Department and is the builder's Broker of record. Before joining Florida Lifestyle Homes, Kevin was the Purchasing Director and Contract Administrator for a local builder.

Accounting


Controller: Brian L. Sabean

Brian has more than 35 years of experience in accounting, insurance and real estate transactions.  His experience includes working for both Fortune 5 and Fortune 500 companies.  As Florida Lifestyle Homes’ controller, Brian is responsible for proper recording and reporting of all financial transactions, budgeting and financial planning for the business of today and the future.  He has lived in Southwest Florida since 1985.  He is an active leader in his church, has served on the Board of Governors and as Treasurer for the Real Estate Investment Society and has served on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Southwest Florida.”
 
 
 

Pearl Rhault

The financial department runs smoothly largely due to the experience and expertise of Pearl Rhault.  In addition to accounts payable, job costing and office supply purchasing; Pearl processes employee payroll and maintains trust accounts for various divisions of the company.
